Ingredients 1 lb. prime rib, cut into 1/4-inch pieces 3 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 large onion, diced 1 large carrot, diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 teaspoons ground cumin 1 teaspoon ground coriander 1 teaspoon dried thyme 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano 1/16 teaspoon dried fennel seed 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon butter 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley Directions Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add garlic and cook another minute.
Add in cumin, thyme, smoked paprikas, oreganos, fennels and thyme.
Cook, stirring often, until fragrant, about 4 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add parsley and cook for another minute, stirring frequently.
Add remaining ingredients, stirring constantly.
Simmer uncovered, uncovered, covered, uncovered for 30 minutes, or until tender.
Serve immediately with fresh salad, homemade fries or homemade coleslaw.
