Place the meat on a baking sheet.
You can either use a cast iron grill, or grill on a grill rack.2.

Add a little olive oil, salt and pepper.4.

Add steak, then cook until the steak is cooked through, and the meat is just barely cooked through.6.
Add some diced tomatoes and cook for another minute or so.7.
Add 1/2 cup of marinara sauce.8.
