How to Make a Simple Steak Sauce: Chicken, Beef, and Cheese for Dinner

Chicken and steak sauce is a common, easy-to-make sauce that can be used for many different dishes.
It’s also a great way to make chicken, beef, and cheese.
The chicken and beef meat can be cut up and mixed together in a saucepan to make an extremely thick sauce.
The sauce can be made with beef or chicken, chicken breast, pork, or chicken thighs.

You’ll need:1 medium-sized chicken breast cut into 1-inch pieces (about 1-1/2 lbs.) or more2 medium-size breasts of pork or chicken cut into 3-inch (about 4 lbs.) pieces (1 lb. per breast)1 cup chopped onion1 cup minced garlic1 cup lemon juice2 tablespoons chili powder1 tablespoon cayenne pepper1/4 cup salt1/8 cup freshly ground black pepper1 tablespoon olive oil for frying2 cups chicken broth1 cup shredded cheddar cheese1 tablespoon ground black peppercorns1 tablespoon freshly ground pepperDirections:1.
In a small saucepan, heat up the olive oil.
Add the onion and garlic and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.2.
Add all the chicken and pork and cook until all the meat is cooked through and the sauce thickens.
Add in the minced garlic, lemon juice, chili powder, cayne-peppercorns, salt, and pepper.3.
Add chicken broth and the shredded cheese.
Stir until the chicken broth is thickened.4.
Add cheddar and add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
Stir well.5.
Add a splash of olive oil and stir to coat.6.
Add shredded cilantro and stir until the sauce is well coated.
Serve immediately with a side of rice or pasta.
