Chipotles sauce has become an American staple, and in the past decade, Chipotle has expanded to include a variety of sauces.
One of the popular Chipotle sauces is the Flat Iron steak.
The Flat Iron is a flat slab of meat, seasoned with a bit of pepper, cumin, chili, and garlic.
In the past, many people used chipotle sauce in place of regular sauce, but the Flat is now being used as an alternative to the regular flavor of Chipotle.

Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
Add salt and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 5 minutes.
Add water, and cook until sauce has thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in chipotls cheese.
Add the remaining tablespoon of water and bring back to a full boil.
Stir until cheese is melted.
Add remaining 1 tablespoon water.
Cook until sauce is thickened, about 30 seconds.
Remove and allow to cool.
In a bowl, combine the chipsotle cheese, water, vinegar, oil, and salt.
Heat over medium heat, stirring often, until melted.
Season with salt and pepper.
Remove the chipsotles and allow them to cool completely.
Spread the sauce over the steak and place it back in the pan to marinate for 30 minutes.
Serve with chipsotle sauce on the side or in a burrito bowl.
