A grilled tuna steak recipe with simple steps is all you need to make the most tender, juicy and delicious tuna steak you have ever had.
Grilled tuna is usually served with a sweet marinara sauce, but this steak recipe uses a simple steak sauce, so you don’t have to worry about any marinading or dressing.
It can be served hot, chilled or steamed.
Step 1: GrillingThe first step is to grill the tuna steak.
For this recipe, I have used a 5-pound (2.6kg) grilled tuna.
You can also use a smaller or larger fish, depending on your preference.
Step 2: Marinara sauceThis is the sauce that is usually used to marinate the fish, but it is not necessary for this recipe.
You want a light, fishy marinado sauce, not too strong.
You may want to add more marinato to your recipe if you are serving it hot.
I used a blend of marinades from Trader Joe’s, Trader Joe, Blue Moon and Trader Joe Fresh.
Step 3: Grilled tofuThe tofu can be cooked until the skin turns dark brown and the texture is crispy.
Remove the tofu from the marinada and set aside.
Step 4: GrillsThe grill is a wonderful addition to this grilled tuna recipe.
It will help your grill to burn the tuna and add flavor to the steak.
I usually add a piece of bread, and if it is too big, I cut the pieces into 1-inch (3cm) pieces.
You also can use a piece or two of a paper towel.
For the grill, use a medium grill pan, or a smaller grill pan with a lid.
Step 5: Grill step by pointThe steak is grilled for 10 minutes on each side.
You need to take the steak into a bowl and add the marasara sauce.
If you want to make it extra tender, just toss it in the marinate for 5 minutes.
It should be juicy and tender.
You can also add some shredded chicken to this marinadise, and serve with a side of white rice or bread.
Step 6: SteamedThe steak should be steamed for 15 minutes.
When it is ready, add some grilled veggies to the grill.
