A medium steak tempura recipe with rice and rice noodles

This medium steak tempeh dish has been cooked in the pressure cooker for 4 hours in a rice cooker and is topped with rice noodles.
It is a hearty dish that can be enjoyed on any meal.
The recipe calls for a small piece of beef, with some onions, ginger, coriander and a few pieces of tomato.
The beef is then seasoned with garlic and a bit of ginger.
It then is grilled over a hot plate.
The resulting crisp, juicy and slightly sweet dish is then served over a bed of rice noodles in a bowl.
I usually serve this dish over a bowl of rice, with a couple of chopped tomatoes to complement the broth.
The rice noodles are then added along with a small chunk of steak to the bowl.
It also serves as an appetizer and a side dish to this dish, with the rice noodles adding the sweetness of the meat.

Add the onions and sauté for 3 minutes.
Add in the garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
Meanwhile, add the meat and cook until the meat is lightly browned.
Add more oil to the wok and cook it for 2 more minutes.
While the meat cooks, prepare the noodles.
Chop the vegetables into small pieces and add to the pot.
Add a few tbsp of oil to it.
Saute for 5 minutes, adding the tomatoes and remaining oil to increase the temperature of the oil.
Add to the meat in the same way and cook on low heat for another 5 minutes.
Once the noodles are cooked, add in the beef, onion, carrot, green pepper, celery and garlic and stir to combine.
Add some rice to the top of the noodles and serve.
Recipe Notes For the noodles, use rice in the rice cooker for this recipe, not the pressure cooker.
